Return and refund policy

General

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returning your order 

1. Please put REFUND and  your original order ID  in the title of an email.
2. Please ,in the contend of the email , detail the item(s) you wish to have returned.

4. Please pack up your return securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
5. Please send the item(s) to address: Beauty Emerson UK ltd

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we haven’t received your return we cannot process any refund.

Refund

Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund excluding the shipping cost incurred when we sent the item(s) to you, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days from you returning your item(s).

Our refund policy does not affect your legal rights.
